Jim’s team communicated very well. They were very proactive. The team was extremely easy to get a hold of. They would call back right away. They all were very patient with me as sometimes the information was overwhelming.

Good service for the most part. One exception — whatever company they work with during the handoff of our loan sells your information and comes with a ton of spam. It has been an annoyance ever since starting the process with this team.
