We did all our previous KS purchases with Diane (first one over 25 years ago). She always takes great care of us and also alert us when there could be potential issues with the buying process!

Great communication, simple, clear process, completed on time with no issues.

Barry was extremely responsive and made sure that I understood what was going to happen and when along each step in the process. He was also very helpful in getting us to close quickly.

Tom is a personable, highly professional Mortgage Loan Officer - highly detailed, always includes everything you need to know with no hidden fees, and made the home buying process so much easier and hassle-free. He was available day and night, always responding quickly to our texts and emails, especially in those moments when we needed quick calculations for bidding on a house. And he's a cool guy you can just chat with about anything while signing all that paperwork.

It was a very efficient process and also kept me and my wife informed through the entire closing procedure.

Always attentive, really friendly and easy going, got the job done with no problems

Efficient and kind

This was our first time buying a home. Nancy and her team helped us get through the process efficiently. We had no problems with reaching out by calling or getting emailing abe getting a response.

I felt like Chris and the team considered our situation and recommended the recast loan as a great option. I'd never heard of it and have recommended it to a friend in Texas as well. Chris and the team were friendly, thorough, and communicative and we love our house!

Carol, is very knowledgeable within her field. There's no guess work, she gives you exactly what you need to achieve your end goal. Carol is also very proactive, and makes sure nothing gets left out or missed. she's not just the lady that made my dreams come true, she is a life long friend now and I hope we have more opportunitys to work together.

Jeremy was fantastic to work with. I loved the tues morning status calls; really nice touch. Jeremy kept me informed every step of the way, instructions and to do's were clear, and Jeremy was happy to explain things and answer my questions. Jeremy is now my mortgage guy!

A way was found.

Mike was so awesome from our first interaction to the last one. He is timely in his responses, answers all questions any time day or night via, phone, text, email. He attended our closing and no other financial person has ever attended our closing, it was super to actually meet him. He is competent in what is needed, how to respond to all questions, is reassuring even when the unexpected occurs. He is thorough and detail oriented but clear and concise. Not to forget all of the typical things one might expect, he is courteous, respectful, pleasant, professional, great communicator, personable, funny. We really enjoyed working with Mike, if we need anything in the future we will definitely reach out to him and will refer anyone in need to him in the future. Overall, and excellent experience.
