He goes above and beyond the call of duty in his communication with everyone in the transaction and is very talented at explaining the complicated process of mortgages to Buyers. He is easily reachable after hours, which is crucial for a lender, as few offers are written during bank hours. His rates are competitive, even with Buyers who are shopping around.
