She made what is often a difficult and confusing process, clean, clear and understandable. Her proactive contacts and her timely responses gave me confidence that I would not be abandoned in a critical period. Thiws aspect was of critical importance for me since we were moving extremely quickly and purchasing a property 800 miles away. I would certainly recommend Shelley to anyone and everyone who is purchasing a property.
