If you are looking for a home mortgage or a refinancing, Chelsea is your PERSON! She is trustworthy and soooo transparent on everything. They will not hide any fees and will get your full approval before they move on to the next steps. I worked with another lender (a MAJOR one) in the home mortgage industry, rhythms with gate, and they ran my credit with NO APPROVAL and send me all the loan documents for signature when I didn’t even ask. Trust me work with Chelsea and her team you will be so glad you did.
