The appraiser left a sliding door off the tracks in my basement and it's can't be reconnected. It will have to be replaced. When I emailed to share my concerns about this, I received no response to this portion of my email. I was also not told this by either the appraiser or someone from Fairway, I just had to find the broken door in my basement when doing laundry. It was frustrating given what I was paying for the appraisal. The online app says the appraisal must be signed, but when I asked where to sign, I was told I don't need to sign it, it's just for my information. The emails about this felt like I was being talked to like I was doing something wrong. I have always had a great experience working with Michele, so it's fine. But these were frustrating moments for me this time.
