The quick responses made getting preapproved and out shopping for a house so much easier. The app made it easy to fill out the required docs and send back to the team after hours.

As someone who was VERY new to the process of buying a home, Erik was amazing in helping to explain it all. He explained all my options and what to expect along the way. When something came up, it was explained why something was needed to be done. It was so much appreciated to have such an open line of communication AND someone to ease the anxiety of it all.

Mrs. Benita from day one she was up front and told me what I needed to do far as paper work and all she was so patient with me I was so comfortable with her she made me feel comfortable she became lIke family to me and if I had any questions or concerns soon as i text or called her she was right there for me and helped me understand the process I have never met somone so loving and caring and what tip it off she was at my closing with me I have never known for your loan officer to show up for the closing when i saw her sitting in the office when i walked in I knew i today is the day it's really happening and when I didnt understand some things she knew it instantly and stopped everybody and explained too me and made sure I understood before moving too the next question or statement at the end of the day she is amazing and made my home buying process great I would recommend her too anyone I love you Benita thank you for all your hard work and support

I was pre approved with about 3 other lenders and after my meeting with Alex I experienced what a real pre approval looks like. He educated me on the entire process and how these loans really work. Was available anytime I called and honestly made the process so smooth. Couldn’t thank him enough
