Aaron was helpful and responsive. Walked me through several options. Competitive rates Areas for improvement: Had to get multiple copies of gift letters, could simplify that process. I wasn't pleased with giving my information to "partner companies" that call me up with the fairway name to try and sell me other services. Eg: "Fairway Home Connect" etc. Also having issues establishing an account and logging in to the Fairway Home Hub

They all know what they are doing, great communication!!!! This is our 2nd loan with them, and would not hesitate to use or recommend them!!!! Great experience

Really good communication

It was great for us to work with Tom. He was very knowledgable, transparent and clear in his communication at each stage of our loan process. We highly recommend him for anyone, be it a first time buyer or seasoned buyer, to reach out to Tom. What stood out to us, was the time taken to close on the loan as agreed upon when we found our house of interest.

They were not only fast and reliable for us during the whole process with a reverse mortgage home, they even help provide additional advice and assistance even after closing.
