I appreciate all the information I was given.. you are very detailed and personal with me through the process which made me feel like it wasn't just about the loan. The team had great communication. Whenever I would email them about a house I was looking at I would get a reply within 25 hours of an update of numbers on the house. Linda was the only lender who got on the phone with me to go over every detail, other lenders would just send me a spreadsheet and that was it. She will even have a phone conversation with you on her way home from Florida because house buying can be stressful
