Ian was a pleasure to work with and was available throughout our refi and closing process. He always took a consultative approach but asing what we wanted to do, showing all the options available, and never being "pushy". His service and the Fairway tools and options they have available were simply better than the two other mortgage companies I worked with. Jennifer was excellent through the entire process. She was earnest and affable, which don't always go together. Everything she asked for came with a thorough explanation of why it was needed or why we were doing something a specific way. Jennifer was never unavailable to us through the whole process. Whenever we contacted her replies were always almost immediate. We never doubted for a second that she was working for us and in our interest. We can honestly say we enjoyed the mortgage process because of her commitment and personality. We nev thought we would say that!!
