What an amazing team of people. Kevin is an Expert at his job. He’s also personable and kind. I would never go through another company if need in the future. They made the process very smooth and pleasant. Every question or concern I had I was given a solution within an hour or less. I could call Kevin multiple times a day and he didn’t hesitate to answer his phone. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and all my questions were answered. He will do what is best for you and your family. I never had such a great experience. I truly appreciate everything Kevin and his team have done to make this house buying process a pleasant experience.

We had a great experience working with Fairway Independent Mortgage. Our refinance was originally dependent on the sale of our home, which unfortunately fell through. The team was incredibly understanding and had no problem putting everything on hold until we were ready to move forward. During that time, they continued to keep me updated on the constantly changing interest rates and were able to get us locked into a great rate just before the most recent increase. The attentive service

This is our third home we have purchased, that is my wife Jane and I. Patty is like family and so easy to talk to and to be honest with. I know our credit isn't the greatest but there was no shame in calling and telling Patty what was going on months ago and we wanted to buy a house again and we could think of nobody else to deal with but her. Our dreams came true again and not only did we close on October 15th. 2026 but the Brewers won that night to go to World Series for the first time in 44 years a day. I will never forget. Patty made things so easy for us and I can't recommend her highly enough and Fairway should be so grateful to have her.

The people. Leslie and Richard in particular, went above and beyond to make Christy and I feel as comfortable as possible through such a challenging process. Between the extra calls to walk us through things. Fielding our questions, and even just talking through our fears or concerns.
