From the beginning Santi gave me all my options, allowed me to see what loans I could qualify for and which ones would be best for our family. His app, updated me on every step i was currently at. And his team always was quick with responses when I was confused reguarding numbers. I couldn't have made it through the home buying processes if it wasn't for him and his team. They made every step easy for me as a first time buyer and I'm forever grateful for them and the positive experience.

This is my second mortgage with Nate his communication is great overall but specifically on the status and what is needed to close the loan the e-sign process is great and saves a lot of time . I would recommend Nate to anyone looking for a competitive rate and seamless closing process
