His guidance eased my worries about getting through conditional approval. you can tell he is very experienced and I made sure he was including all the tax information and accurate home estimates being a new build. he even offered additional services to make my move easier but I didn't need them since they utilities are locked into one provider .

Kristin worked with us every single step of the way. We had to do an E signature for almost all documents due to many conflicting schedules. Kristin worked through all of that with us willingly and even brought the documents we needed to sign in person directly to me in order to best fit our needs.
