I personally never met and not sure I even spoke with Dan. I was told he was going to be at closing but wasn't. Not an issue. Everything seemed to go smoothly, it was a great experience but wasn't bad at all either.

I had a great experience working with Igor Chigrin on my mortgage. He was professional, responsive, and very clear in explaining every step. The process was smooth, and I felt supported the entire time. I highly recommend Igor and his team for their excellent service.

The overall experience was great. The loan was challenging because of my situation and Kimbrely was able to find a solution. She was fast and responsive and a pleasure to work with.
