Didn’t have any issues with the Wood Group at Fairway. Everything was easy to do online and since they are a local lender, if something did come up, they weren’t far. I’d recommend them for anyone doing a VA loan as it was painless. After buying a few homes in the past, they were the easiest to work with by a long shot. Other non-local lenders have been terrible in comparison. 5/5 for a rating in my opinion.
