We were able to get ALL of our questions answered in the timeframe needed. When exogenous situations arose, Diane's team demonstrated their remarkable abilities to resolve them. We've experienced those situations with other lenders but never felt that they cared about our timeframe for resolution. This was not our experience with Diane's team. They care. They are down to earth and a pleasure to work with.

Our experience started off very stressful. We were under contract to purchase a home with DR Horton and were given a closing date, only to find out on the day we were supposed to close that we had never actually been approved by DHI Mortgage. We had already packed all of our belongings and were preparing to move from four hours away, so it was incredibly disappointing and overwhelming.
