Consistent communication. The home-buying process can be daunting, an d it is helpful to know what to expect next. I always had plenty of notice when i had to provide documentatio, and any questions were answered quickly. Efficiency. This was a tight window to sell/buy, with VA loans and an curveball thrown in on my buyers side which really required flexibility and quick turnaround. We closed quickly. i am not in the industry but my real estate agent is. She works with a lot of folks, but I can't even remember how many times she told me: "WOW Tina is a rockstar! i hear from people that they are good with VA, or they can close quickly, and it's talk a lot of the time, but I am really surprised she could close this quickly. She is AWESOME!!" I think the agent's reaction says mire than mine could. i couldn't be happier with the process!
