The loan paperwork was completed extremely quickly, and in a very convenient manner with almost everything emailed to us to sign electronically, except for the final paperwork with the notary, but for that step they were able to come to our house after we finished work for the day. It was much faster and more convenient than the last time we got a mortgage.

Was always we readily available with answers to our questions and concerns,was very transparent and informative. Buying a home can be exciting but also can be a stressful process and with other companies I have used in the past for home loans it felt like hurry up get this to us, then ya wait n left in the dark then a few days later they contact you wanting the same documents again. I am a truck driver and my wife is a ER trauma nurse so its hard for us to just reach n grab what they need and get it to them, but with travis and his team at fairway they understood and was patient and their wasn't any delays and this process went pretty quick n easy from first phone call to the closing table

At times the documentation requirements are very time consuming ... although if I was the mortgage company, I'd also want the necessary secured financials. The process flowed well and getting to closing was actually easier than I expected. Lee and staff communicated well to get to a pleasing end result.
