Kathy made the process smooth from start to finish, and she was always willing to help answer any question we had. Even when we were asking her questions about different services as we tried to determine what the best buy before selling option was for us.

Byron went above and beyond. We were well educated throughout the whole process as well as after. Super speedy process!

Tim is amazing. He's stayed in regular contact since we purchased our home a couple years ago, patiently fielding questions several times about timing a refinance. We went through the whole process, then Tim put up with some last minute issues on our end, even bearing with us while we let our rate lock expire. When we finally were ready to do the loan, Tim was able to get us an amazing rate we are very happy with. Throughout he was awesome about communication even at weird hours. On top of it all, he's super friendly and clearly cares about us and our family. Great guy!

Very streamlined refi process

As first time homebuyers, my wife and I had several questions and a lot to learn about buying a home. Pam answered all of our questions and really took the time time make sure we understood everything. I wasn't expecting the relationship we developed with our lender to feel personal, but Pam exceeded our expectations in the care and time she put into explaining our options.

It took far to long. And the fact everything got messed up the first time around meant our interest rate went up significantly and the amount we ended up saving in the end was almost nothing compared too what we were supposed to save.
