Jenny was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the entire home-buying process! She was incredibly understanding and patient with us and always took the time to explain everything clearly so we could fully understand each step. It works. One thing I will say is that the users of your service would appreciate if we knew who was asking for information and who they work for as part of the mortgage process. There are more than a few times we had to ask if someone were legit in asking for information.

It was a bit tricky meeting the timelines of our contractor , Fairway, and Granite. I believe we used a new loan type and may have been the first people to use the loan type theough Fairway. Brooklyn was very helpful with the process, I believe most of the confusion and convolution came from Granite/our contractor .

Ian made sure to explain everything in a way that made sense, and really went to bat for us when things got messy at the end of our loan. So grateful that Ian knew his stuff!!

Our loan was more challenging because it was for a mobile home, but she made the entire process so easy for us. Every obstacle that arose, she handled quickly and efficiently. We used Martin Mortgage Group for our first home in 2019 and have since used them 2 more times on investment properties. The communication from Nicole and Jodie was constant and they eased all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. We put an offer in over a weekend, and Michael took the time to call the listing agent to make sure we had the best chance of getting the house. I highly recommend MMG!
