Compared to our last bad experience with underwriters we were expecting something similar but the process this time was amazing and stress free when it came to the validation process and getting the final loan approval. We truly was waiting for the "gotcha" portion were the scrutinizing stress came into play but it never did. Thank you for the great experience with purchasing our new home.

I'm glad I did everything fell into place, and things were getting done, communication was happening, my texts, phone calls and emails were actually getting answered. I started feeling more ok with everything, I actually knew what was going on with the process, if I had a question it got answered, not ignored like before.
