No matter what questions you asks he takes the time to explain everything. He never seemed annoyed or like he wanted to get off the phone. In general he seems like an incredible person who just wants to help people. I 100% believe he helped make this process as easy as it was. Anyone else and it wouldn't have been as smooth as it was. 10/10 will reccomend to anyone house hunting!
