Overall, we came into this process fairly familiar with what to expect as I tend to research heavily about things I am unfamiliar with. However, I did want to give a shoutout to our main dealings with associate Lauren Faulkner because she was fantastic. We started this process about a year in advance to just have time to adjust anything that we needed to do! During that time Lauren was quick to ask questions, give information, respond to any inquires, and overall was very knowledgeable and accessible. Even in times where I feel like they felt we should have had questions she made sure to assure us that if we had any questions, comments, or concerns that she was available in whatever we needed! I appreciated Lauren's responsiveness and knowledge in the rare times we did have questions. Paige was also fantastic and CLEARLY knowledgeable as there were times I really needed to clarify some of the things she would talk about. However, even during her very busy and involved schedule, she was still always able to make time for any concerns we may have had. Overall, it was a great experience with Paige and her team!
