I received weekly updates on where we were in the process, and all of my questions were answered with professionalism and excellence. I could tell they really cared for me as a customer and worked hard to make sure I had all I needed to have a successful home-buying experience. Wish I could give 6 stars!

For a first time home buyer it was a simple and easy process. John will have a conversation with you about what to do and not to do and if you dont understand something he can help guide you in the right direction. All in all a great experience and awesome assistance while buying my first home.

Efficient, relatively easy except for a minor technology deficit on my part. Good communication throughout the process. The process was finished quickly.
