Steven was so warm, communicative, non judgemental about our questions, and such a hard worker. We have bought and sold two other houses and this was BY FAR the smoothest experience we've ever had. Seriously blown away by the team's efficiency as well as how personalized the experience felt. Every step of the way, we felt heard and respected. We're so happy we switched over to Fairway (and Steven especially). We couldn't recommend anyone higher.

Dennis was responsive and attentive throughout the process and met us where we were in terms of what we needed.

We were happy with the level of communication and availability to answer questions or concerns. Being new to the process, it was helpful to gain clarity and understanding for information that was new to us. It is very easy to feel ashamed for not knowing what you don't know. We never once were made to feel that way whatsoever. All information was delivered kindly and was reassuring to us. Communication responses were always timely as well.

Geoff is very knowledgeable and he explained things well, especially of what to expect. Also, he is kind and quick to respond.

we bought our first house and things were mostly explained well. there was miscommunication about a credit with the assumption we were putting more down than we were. however, you were very communicative about interest rates and had us lock in before they jumped dramatically just in time.

Brian was with us every step of the way for so long . Our home journey was a bit at times but Brian made it easy and was very attentive. He always made sure to explain everything in our emails so we knew what each document was and he always answerved any questions or concerns we had along the way. Additionally, Brian was very accomodmating when I would ask for a breakdown for not only the home purchase process but different figures based on scenarios I had created, Brian made us charts to look over for each scenario and provided us a clear understanding when determining which direction to go when taking purchasing our home.
