Nothing about who we worked with made the experience just "OK." Every person we encountered and dealt with while taking on this journey was more than willing to help and extremely nice, so we were very grateful for that experience. With it being our first time buying a home, it was all very new and a lot at once but nothing we weren't able to handle. Still, not a very enjoyful process.

The overall experience was streamlined to me. Communication was great. Everyone involved knew their job and executed it well.

Jeremy was very clear and transparent from the beginning on what to expect regarding the process for a refinance, as well as leading us through a challenging period of wait-and-see with rate movements. When the time was right, Jeremy suggested we move forward and lock in a rate before rates could move higher, which they did. Really appreciate his thoughtfulness and the clarity of communication across his team.

James always makes me feel like family. he doesnt sugar coat things, and is great at explaining every step of the process.

Nate communicated very well, and made my requirements in the process of procuring the loan very well understood. He acted in a timely and courteous manner every step of the way.
