Clear expectations were set through regular and pleasant communication, and all expectations were met or exceeded by Shelly and her team as a result of theit hard work. I knew exactly where things stood at all times throughout the process, and Shelly routinely anticipated what was coming next allowing me to be prepared to react quickly which led to an expedited close. It was great experience start to finish!

We were working with a previous lender that just had nothing for us, he didn't explain anything as firs ttike home buyers , he was just having us jump through loops, and he was blowing up my managers phone for verification after verification once she had already completed it . Overall , he was not communicating with us , let alone in a way to understand anything. Aftrr this experience, our realtor referred us to Shea and it and was like night and day! He explaind explainded every bit of the process, made sure we understood and asked if we had any questions, him and his team communicated very well and kept us up to date on every stage of the process.
