Kendrick provided great advice when I first started the homebuying process and gave me a realistic timline of events. I bought my house from a very motivated seller that needed an offer in and to close as quickly as possible. Kendrick was on top of everything and kept the process moving as quickly as possible which got me an amazing deal on a really nice home that suits my needs.

Effective communication, very professional. Answered all our questions in a clear and timely matter.

What made Jim so great was his ability to deliver above and beyond, in explaining the numbers, talking through what fits me best in what im looking for, and just in his timing. Always punctual, always to the point and always there for any question I may have had! Can't ask for better servicer than that

Very helpful with many questions. Very transparent with what and why things need to be turned in. Very straight forward with trying to get you into a loan that meets your requirements, especially when I don't even truly know what is actually in my range but yall run the numbers and have a very precise idea of what is in our best interests. Also the knowledge of applicable grants made a huge impact in securing the loan for our home at an extremely affordable price that I could never even imagined would be possible. The friendly communication

John was unbelievably helpful in explainjng the mortgage and home buying process. He was a wealth of knowledge, incredibly responsive, and always will to lend advice or work to the root cause of the issue. John went above and beyond with answering questions at all times of day even on weekends and holidays. Dealing with John made this process much more bearable and helped bring some clarity to a multi faceted challenge .
