It was nice to have Fairway because they overestimated my loan monthly costs and closing costs. This made my wife and I budget for a higher mortgage, & less money from the table, so they were both pleasant surprises when we got to the day before closing. In my opinion, that is the right way for a mortge disclosure to be written.

This was the easiest process to complete! I wish everyone would use Craig for their mortgage needs as it was problem free and they were ready for every obstacle that the buyers of my home threw at us. Craig made a difficult situation easy to adjust and it wasn't even his team that made the difficulty happen. I would never use anyone else for mortgage needs! Thank you Craig and team!!!!
