I am a first time home buyer and so it was all so new to me but jenny had great communication and would Go over things until i understoo.

Getting the keys

She helped me overcome every obstacle that arose. She never took no for an answer and remained positive even when I was doubtful. It means a lot to have someone rooting for you, especially when things start to seem impossible.

Pj takes the time to make a personalized video tutorial explaining everything you need to know about your individual loan right off the bat, so that you know exactly what the process looks like. They respond right away if you have any questions, and check in with you throughout the entire process. They made this process so much easier to get through and made sure that we understood everything. They conduct business with kindness, patience, class, and respect. I couldn't be more happy with these fabulous lenders!

Communication

Holly was on top of this and witho a few hour she can be with the informatio. Not like the others who we tried they were very negative and said they couldn't do it. But Holly never said that. She stayed on top of things and so did Susanee Carrillo. I would highly recomend Fairwsy Mortgage to anyone out them this could not happened. Thank you Fairway..😊

As first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect throughout the process. Chris and his team were excellent. They were patient and helped walk me through the process, which I sincerely appreciated. He helped us secure a great interest rate and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Chris and his team are excellent communicators and the additional services they provide, ie home insurance acquisition and utilities set up services, made the moving process so much easier.

My experience with my loan officer John Engel has been positive. John always took the time to listen and answer questions. He took my calls during and after working hours. He was quick to answer emails and text messages.

I appreciate y'all's ability to get our deal closed as soon as you did! I also appreciate yall being on top of your game and very responsive.

Deb and her team were awesome with being prompt on answering questions I had. My sale was a difficult one and Deb made sure I hit all the milestones to reach the end, as a first time home buyer this was the easiest thing to do.

It was a long crazy process with a first time buyer taking on a shortsale and you stuck it out while answering all my first time buyer questions and Lorrie is great support as well
