overall great experience

Matt was always available, nights weekends holiday. It didn't matter, Matt always responded within 2 hours. He was not only professional, but made me feel like I had an insider looking out for me. I wish I was better at articulating just how pleased I am with the way I was kept in the loop with every aspect of this transaction and how easy he made it for us to get our home.
