Korbin & his team were the best thing that happened to the Henley's after a hard struggle with BOA to get a 7-10 month loan for the house & BOA was absolutely a pain. We reached out to Fairway and we were pleasantly suprised. We dealt with BOA for 3 1/2 months and we kept having to give answers upon answers. We had 2 properties paid off, one in NC one in SC...we had enough funds in savings to purchase but didn't want the higher tax bracket. We have house in Charlotte under contract and will pay the one house we purchased in SC and pay it off in less than year we are hoping. None of this mattered to BOA. Korbin and team saw through this and have been nothing but great to work with. Amanda has been very responsive in anything we needed as we went down this path for a loan.
