Jack was stellar from beginning to end. I was referred to him by a coworker after I shared that I didn't think it would be possible to refinance my condo as part of my divorce - I was even told that by another mortgage professional. From my first call with Jack, he inspired confidence in the whole process. He hit the ground running and had intial numbers to me within a few days. During my about 30 day closing time, I even spent 11 days abroad and still, he kept my loan moving with no gaps. The only surpise along the way was needing a lot more cash to close than I expected, but it was okay because it kept PMI off my loan, even with a waived accrual. I would gladly use Jack again in the future and plan to refer him to anyone who needs assistance with a mortgage.
