Our experience with Jim and his team was top notch. They were very quick to respond. They were very kind and patient with us as they explained everything in detail. We were able to close in 3 weeks on our house in the Pittsburgh, PA area. From start to finish, it was easy peasy. We would recommend Fairway to anyone in!

My husband and I have lived and bought homes in CO, FL, and now AL. The best lenders we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with is David Arnette and his team, Jordan and Melony. All three of them kept us updated and well informed. There were never any surprises. They walked through the numbers mulitple times and when we had trouble with a particular VA loan issue (the VA missed their own deadline), David and the team were quick to communicate with us, adjust time lines accordingly, and hold the person responsible. We could not be more pleased!
