How easy and smoothly the entire process went and how well the communication was at all times

Spencer responds quickly, is very knowledgeable,very friendly, always on top of things. We have now have used Spencer four times in the last six years and each time has been a very positive experience. We wouldn't use any one else. We highly recommend him.

The entire New Home Ownership process was so much better than I anticipated. The communication, explanations and patience you all had with me, when I had questions and/or uncertanties, really helped me to understand things better. From phone calls, emails and texts, I knew that I could contact any of you at any time with questions and I'd receive a prompt response. Not only was the process smooth and trouble free, it only took about 1 month from the date I applied for the loan until the day I closed. All of you are very professional, yet made me feel so much at ease, and that meant so much to me. While using the Fairway app, I liked being able to see the entire homebuying process and having it indicate the status of each step such as Completed, Current, Next Step and Upcoming. I will recommend you all at Fairway to anyone who is thinking of buying a house.
