John was an extraordinary loan officer from start to finish! He was thorough and explained every step of the proces, supportive and informative as he helped me get my credit in place to qualify. He frequently checked in and made himself available if I had any questions and made the entire process smooth. Working with him was like working with a family member, he truly cares about his clients and their experience. We were first time home buyers. Andy was such a God send. He communicated every step of the process and made sure to explain things in a way we could understand.

I cannot say enough good things about Jo and her team. The home I was purchasing needed some work and Jo helped me work through a variety of different scenarios to find the solution that worked best. She never made me feel like I was being a bother, even though I'm sure my many questions were exhausting! Everyone on Jo's team was extremely responsive. Each time I sent an email, someone responded quickly, often within a few hours, but never more than 24 hours later. I highly recommend Jo!!!! Getting a mortgage is always a little stressful, but Jo and her team made it seem easy.
