Jenna is a rock star! It's rare I find someone with as much passion and as high of sense of urgency as myself, and Jenna exceeded those expectations. I never imagined the lending process to go so smoothly. After hearing and reading horror stories of others' home-buying experiences on-line, I expected and prepared myself for a headache of a process, but Jenna showed out! She answered every question we had in as many different ways as it took for us to understand what was going on and never let us stress about any part of the process or made us feel like a nuisance.
