Nate and his team are by far the best lender we could have dealt with! We were scrambling with nine days to close and Nate and his team made the impossible very possible for us! They were able to close us in nine days at a very last minute notice! I would recommend them to anybody looking to buy a home. Not only are they quick with how they work, they are very friendly and will answer the phone at anytime to help you. I cannot say enough good things about Nate but also his entire team at Fairway mortgage.

Cole was a great guy to work with. He had everything taken care of before closing and had provided me with updates as we approached closing. His estimates were right on with what to expect for costs and was able to get the timing right to save a little on the mortgage insurance.
