Within 3 months I am proud to say we just received our keys and are proud home owners! Steve not only took the extra time to slow things down and show us exactly what we needed to do, but he gave us hope when we were surrounded by nothing but darkness! The turnaround from the appraisal to clear to close was very tight, Drew and his team worked hard to make it happen! It was usually easy to contact Drew throughout the whole process from initial pre approval to property search to signing our final closing disclosures. We did however find some of the process a little confusing, especially regarding which forms needed to be signed and when we could expect to receive these forms
