Lori was THE ONLY lender we spoke with who was completely upfront about costs and pricing. We went in with a quote and closed at a slightly lower cost. We appreciated her integrity and honesty. When rate shopping I want to know the entire picture. I don’t appreciate having undisclosed fees and additional points added in after the application process… and certainly not in the closing disclosure! We had two separate lenders add in extra costs along the way and one actually flat out lied about costs in order to get us to fill out the loan application! We were not super hopeful that things would be any different when working with Lori, but she continually showed us she was upfront about everything throughout the entire process. She is fantastic. Now our son is working with a lender in her office. The only reason he’s not working directly with Lori is because she’s not licensed in his state. So far it sounds like this individual from her office carries the same high standard.

Jimmy has done my last 3-4 loans over the years and has always went above an beyond every transaction. Keeps it simple, communication is there, updates along the way and just a great customer experience. Highly recommend Jimmy.

Jaime was amazing throughout this entire home buying process. She always answred questions in a timely manner, and I never felt like I was a bother if I needed help with something. We had a long close but she was able to guide us to have everything done early on and I was able to focus on packing up our lives.
