Smooth and fast!

Roger Kube and his team were extremely proactive and responsive. Buying a house is a big deal and he understands that. He (and his team) took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on every step of the way. We can't recommend Roger and his team highly enough and are planning to work with them again less than two weeks after the home purchase to discuss our options to take out a HELOC on the property...I guess that speaks for itself.

The Loan process was fast and easy! I never had to experiance getting a Loan on my own, Jeramy and his team made it simple enough for me to understand step by step. Even if I had questions, they would explain what I needed to know. Going through a divorce was pressure alone, I'm glad I picked Fairway to help me through. Thanks to Jeramy and his team!
