It was great to find a resource like Art. A client recommended him to me and by the end of our first conversation I knew that I would like to work with him. Shortly after, another client of mine came rejected from another lender due to credit issues and told they would be 9-12 months away. Art put a simple and executable plan in place for them to improve their credit and they were approved for a mortgage within weeks! They're now in their dream home!

We got the mortgage done in three weeks which is fast. Some things could have gone more smoothly but there is always going to be something that comes up as a problem. Currently we're in the cabin and loving the lake!
