During my loan process Royce was very knowledgable!! Royce was honest and upfront with me from the very beginning. He didn't feed me with what I wanted to hear but true education on how to move forward with my loan with hope but also, what would happen if I did something to jeopardize the opportunity for a better loan. The last thing Royce did and what I appreciated was when I thought all options were exhausted he made sure he dug deeper to find more while seeming to feel the same emotions me and my husband was feeling!
