Troy was amazingly available day and night and even occasionally on weekends to field the many questions that we had. It can be a daunting process and yet working with him made us feel more at ease since this was our second time. His level of expertise and communication skills are top-notch. He goes the extra mile to ensure all avenues of options are covered and takes the necessary time to explain in real-life scenarios. His professionalism and follow-through are very impressive.

Cole was a great guy to work with. He had everything taken care of before closing and had provided me with updates as we approached closing. His estimates were right on with what to expect for costs and was able to get the timing right to save a little on the mortgage insurance.
