Donna was very reassuring throughout the process. She ran multiple scenarios as my husband and I changed our minds several times regarding the direction we wanted to take with our home purchase. I have to say that Sandy, Lynn and Patti are incredible. Do to the divorce the Refi was no easy task by any means. This Amazing team was with me every step of the way. All though the web portal will show you were you are in the loan process in a general since, the team all ways reached out to me to let me know where we were at in the process. Communication and ease of question asking

Rob was communicative, knowledgeable, and kind. He kept us informed throughout the process, patiently explained items to us and was really pleasant to work with.

Tommy was quick with contacting us even in the midst of his own hectic personal and proffessional life. His communication was always clear and he was very good at breaking down any information that was confusing. Our needs changed several times throughout our home-buying journey and he as able to make it work for us every time. I can't think of a single thing to nitpick.
