Mike was amazing! He was a strong advocate for us while we were using a VA home loan, especially since sellers often prefer other types of financing. He personally called and texted listing agents on our behalf to reassure them that he could still close within 30 days, even with a VA loan. After we switched from Veterans United to Fairway Mortgage and began working with Mike, our offers immediately became more competitive and we were under contract on a house shortly after. We highly recommend him!
