Making the process easy and being there to awnser any questions

We had first engaged another lendor and were left feeling like we would not be able to complete our home buying journey at this time. They were not proactive in letting us know that we had options to make home ownership a reality for us. Having dealt with Fairway in the past in another state, I decided to reach out to the local Fairway branch in hopes that maybe they had more information on available path's of financing that would work for us. From my first conversation with Korey, I knew we were on the right path. I went from having limited hope to feeling like this path could easily be walked with Korey's guidance. She made the application, approval and buying process seamless. This is my 3rd home buying experience but first in the state of Kentucky. This was by far the easiest home loan/buying experience I have had. Korey was personable, knowledgable and extremly responsive even to questions even outside her wheelhouse. She had great recommendations for things like insurance and answered any question I came to her with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in Kentucky.
