I really like the online platform that explained each step of the process and was checked off when completed. April was always available whenever I had a question or concern. She answered every call, email, and text promptly. April was delightful to work with because she is very personable and knowledgeable.

Other lenders would not even return phone calls or emails. Fair way made it a point to reach out daily even if no updates. Pre approval only took a few days. Could not be happier with how smooth everything went.

Jeramy's team was great! We learned so much about the process and they explained everything clearly and promptly. One note of feedback is to be made aware of additional services that will be inquired like Fairway Home Connect or Home Insurance Quoting. We thought it was one of the spammers jumping in on our home buying process. But the additional services are helpful! Just wanted to know about them on the front end.
