Jason always kept me well informed and updated throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had were always answered promptly.

The constant willingness to answer any questions that came up no matter the time. Also the rush to close early so I didnt have to pay the early occupancy fee

expectations were set and followed. Communication was amazing. Extremely friendly, overall 12/10 experience. Jason and his team have a lot of knowledge and are willing to work with you.

Chris always took our calls, or was preemptive with keeping us updated with new information! A very helpful and knowledgable guy to guide us through our loan process.

Chris and his team were very professional and prompt with answers and they communicated very effectively through multiple and meaningful means. Chris personally called every Tuesday to provide me with an update regarding my loan's progress and he even attended my settlement! I have never had a Loan Officer do that in the past and I have closed on six previous properties. Great experience performed by Chris and his team!

We enjoyed having Leslie lead us through the process of buying our dream home! We were able to ask questions, learn about our role and expectations, and understand all of the benefits of the experience.

Being a first time home buyer can be a long stressful journey to embark on from looking for a lender, a realtor and a home. Me and my wife were set on working with Sergio and his team at fairway based on a family recommendation. My dad purchased his first home with the help of Sergio’s father almost 30 years ago, and now me with Sergio and his team at fairway. Coming from a complicated scenario with employment gaps, existing debt issues and not qualifying as a first time home buyer due to being a co signer on a home, my wife and i were worried we wouldn’t qualify at all. Sergio and his team were able to go above and beyond from preparing the whole underwriting and getting us pre approved which i was terrified of it possibly not falling through. Never did i doubt Sergio and his team but my scenario was a complicated one and expected some bumps on the road, but things went very smoothly. Huge shout out to Vanessa and Stacy who always were a call away whenever i had a question and always kept us in the loop with the tasks at hand they were super helpful and made things really easy for us. We feel like we couldn’t have picked a better team than Sergio and fairway, he is an expert at his work and anyone under his wing whether buying or refinancing is in great hands. Overall working with Sergio and Fairway has been a blessing and will definitely be my first and only option for whatever our future holds.

David was absolutely GREAT!!! As first-time homebuyers the process can be very overwhelming. David made us feel comfortable to ask questions and was extremely polite and patience in his responses. David made himself available at all times even on occasions we reached out beyond standard business hours or over the weekend. David was beyond efficient in communication and extremely professional. We had experienced a few issues regarding a lack of communication with our attorney and realtor. David really stepped up and communicated information that others did not. I honestly do not think this process would have been successful without him. We were referred to him by a family member, they were absolutely right...he was our guy. We would definitely refer him to others and will definitely be seeking his assistance in the future. Thank you David, we really appreciated you :)

Lacy made sure to be very thorough and detailed and took the time to explain things to us when sometimes we didn't understand. She always made time to call us or email us when we had any questions. She has a wonderful personality. She has everyone's best interest at heart.

David went above and beyond for us during our first time home purchase. He put us at ease through out some of the unknown and answered any and all questions along the way. We feel he was responsible for making sure our loan closed as quick as possible. We definitley would reccomend David to anyone looking to buy a home and we would for sure use him again down the road.

Communication was great Always answer questions as quick as possible. Fixed an problems that came up in timely manner. Day or night week days or weekends Zach would always answer any questions or Explain something if needed
