We couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage lender than Tim to help us buy our first home in the US. Emma and I moved to the US from the UK, so buying our first home here was a completely new experience for us. The mortgage and financial side of buying a home in a new country was something we knew very little about, and we had a lot of questions along the way. Tim and his team were never too busy for us. No matter how small the question or how complicated the situation, he was always available, patient, and willing to explain things and guide us through them. What really stood out to us was that Tim didn’t just arrange our mortgage, he genuinely educated us throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain how mortgages work in the US, helped us understand the different costs involved, walked us through the numbers, and made sure we understood exactly what we were committing to financially. Coming from the UK, there were a lot of differences we weren’t familiar with, and Tim made everything much easier to understand. There were definitely moments when Emma and I felt overwhelmed, especially when it came to the financial side of buying our first home. Tim always had a way of breaking things down, answering our questions, and making us feel like everything was under control. He was also incredibly proactive throughout the entire process. He kept us updated, stayed on top of what was needed from us, worked closely with everyone involved, and made sure there were no surprises along the way.
