I cannot say enough wonderful things about my loan officer ( Amanda ) and the entire experience of working with them. Steve is the best loan officer in KY that I’ve come across. You can’t beat his customer service skills, his willingness to help and educate, and the ease and speed of going through the house buying process, which is difficult on its own. I can’t recommend Steve and his team enough.

This was my first time working with Steve, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. He communicated clearly throughout the process and provided valuable financial advice along the way. Uploading the required documents and signing the financing and closing paperwork digitally was quick and convenient, which made the entire process fast and easy. I would definitely work with Steve again for future real estate purchases and highly recommend him to others.
