Brad Thomas is amazing! We were crunched for time to jump on an opportunity and from the first call, he was calm, knowledgable, and considerate. He was honest, but also optimistic. He was always there to answer my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went right. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but Shea made the experience feel easy and meaningful. I’m extremely grateful for all his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great mortgage lender!

My husband and I highly recommend Mike and the team at Fairway! They seem to make all things possible. We appreciate Mike's candor and ability to make things as clear as can be with any question asked... no question is too silly with them! And as first time homeowners, we needed that. We closed within the 30 day mark largely due to the Fairway process... everything was quite seamless with constant communication back and forth. They are diligent with money moves and advice... so we made it work with the short time period and ended up with a great percentage rate. All thanks to the team... we will most definitely be recommending their services.

Kurt & Melisa were highly organized, communicative and valuable in helping my wife and I navigate our first home purchase. Kurt provided a lot of useful information throughout and helped relieve a lot of the stresses of the process. Melisa was incredibly impactful in assisting specifically with the closing process as well as ensuring all required information was explicitly requested including some follow-up with third parties. I had to refinance my house due to a divorce. I was initially stressed about the process BUT they walked me through everything and it was much easier than expected. They were also available to answer interesting questions when needed (such as solar loan paperwork etc) and I was able to close on time. I would recommend them to anyone I know in the future.
