Sergio Szyrko was amazing to work with. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a lender that is willing to make it happen in record time! Sergio and his team guaranteed a 21-day close, which is extremely quick. However, they were able to close in just 18 days. Sergio was always there to answer any questions I had at any time. I always had random questions and Sergio was always happy to answer them. One thing I absolutely loved was that he was able to provide a breakdown of the loan via video. This made it very easy for me to reference back. He is very clear and concise when answering any questions you may have. It was a pleasure working with him and his team. I will be back for a recast/refinance in the future. Thank you, again!

We didn't know nothin about buying a house - from start to finish we were clueless. Mariah did a great job dumbing it down enough so a simpleton like me could grasp it (no seriously, she explained everything until it made sense). She sat down and gave us scenarios, and eventually we landed on using the Down Payment Assistance program, covering our entire down payment. She was there for the signing and went out of her way to make sure we knew what our numbers were and could. She is as on top of the game as you can be, constantly communicating the information we needed. We couldn't have done it without her!
