From the very first conversation with Chance, he was always nice, very helpful, answered all my questions, he was very knowledgeable and explained the application and loan process for me since it's been so long since I have bought a house. Chance went above and beyond to help with the extra legal paperwork that had to be done for this loan and closing and I appreciate that more than I probably conveyed to him. I did not know that Chance was going to the closing, but there he was...and he even stopped what he was doing at home to be there. I was glad that I got to meet him in person and get to know him a little better. Great guy and super work ethic!! Fairway should be proud to have Chance as a lender.
