Very timely response to questions, emails, phonecalls. The online portal took a while to get used to. We are relatively tech savvy. I cannot imagine someone over 60 enjoying that. Credit report process was painful.

Silvana is very professional and efficient. She was very helpful throughout the entire process. Our realtor was also very impressed with Silvana.

Matt was always so responsive day or night. His office staff was very responsive and happy to help wherever. I liked his softwares to review loan amounts and comparisons and the tool where you login to do documents - all very easy to use tools and tasks. During the negotiation process he got us a fair deal compared to other lenders, and during the actual offer process him and our agent worked great together.

As a first time homebuyer with a unique pay structure, Shea and his team made the whole process easy and kept great communication the whole time.
