Fantastic support! Everything was clear and all of our questions were answered promptly, even if they were something small that had already been stated. The whole process went decently smooth and was pretty stress free.

My husband and I are first time home buyers. Rich did a great job of breaking information down so we understood the financing process . Fairway’s rates were competitive compared to other lenders we spoke with . Rich was happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process . All documents were E-sign for convenience. We are happy we chose to work with Fairway Mortgage !

Julie stuck with me for a few years, checking in on my situation and always checking to see when the time was needed to get started on my refinance or hold off. She made herself available to answer questions and give feedback when needed, even on the weekends. Julie made the process of my situation/refinance go smoothly and if there was a hiccup, she responded in a timely mannar to make sure I/it was taken care of as soon as possibe.

Bryant was very patient and helpful during the entire process. I had a few questions, and Bryant always responded in a professional and timely manner. Great service all around!
