She made what is often a difficult and confusing process, clean, clear and understandable. Her proactive contacts and her timely responses gave me confidence that I would not be abandoned in a critical period. Thiws aspect was of critical importance for me since we were moving extremely quickly and purchasing a property 800 miles away. The fact of sitting down and running through all the numbers at the beginning was super helpful. and the knowledge and expertise in the field was a huge help for my wife and I. David was very personable and willing to make sure we got into a house and made sure we had all the steps taken care of. As well as knowing about the down payment assistance program was a huge blessing for my wife and I.
