JP was so very awesome to work with during this experience. Always available, always patient, always willing to help if we hit a snag. He was great to remind us about anything coming up; I know others probably do the same thing; but we feel like we really connected with JP, and a friendship as well as a business relationship was formed. That's rare these days!!

Kerensa was always responsive, kind, and went the extra mile for everything we asked. She would be sending over paperwork late at night, early in the morning, on the weekends, and it was never requested she is just a hard worker who cares.
