Tyler Welsh was quick to respond and thoroughly explained every part of the process to us. When he did not have information or answers immediately available, he was still quick to respond and inform us he would be finding the answers soon, which is a great trait to have in a loan officer. I would much rather have someone who can say they don't immediately know and will find out for us over someone who may reply with incorrect information just to try and respond quickly
