I will share one thing that made it positive but the rest of the comments will be process improvements: Josh himself was very accessible and very responsive. But his company was not good. His accessibility, timely responses and willingness to work with me, were the only things that kept me from bolting. Even with high credit score and a 40% downpayment, the mortgage company intially tagged on thousands of dollars in closing costs fees, which was completely unacceptable!! Only when I highlighted this to Josh were those fees removed. If I had not closely looked at the closing costs fees and compared the fees against other mortgage houses, I would have ended up paying close to $2000 or more in closing costs fees. This inspite of me having a very high credit score and a very high down payment. Futhermore, Josh's UC kept asking for documents until the very last minute of closing. They even wanted to know the source of $3000 deposit on my bank account. This is on a $300K downpayment!! I would recommend Josh but not the company!
